برنامج الفحص والتقييم الذاتي لنظام المدفوعات “آفاق” وفق مبادئ البنى التحتية للأسواق المالية – شركة المدفوعات الخليجية

قامت شركة المدفوعات الخليجية في عام 2021 بإجراء أول برنامج فحص وتقييم ذاتي لتطبيق مبادئ البنية التحتية لأسواق المال ونظم المدفوعات الصادرة من لجنة نظم الدفع والتسوية والمنظمة الدولية لهيئات الأوراق المالية (CPMI-IOSCO).

وشمل برنامج فحص وتقييم نظام المدفوعات الخليجي “آفاق” المبادئ الفرعية الأخرى من مبادئ PFMI التي تتوافق مع طبيعة أعمال “آفاق” كخدمة تدعم وتربط أنظمة الدفع المحلية (RTGSs) للبنوك المركزية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

وتلخيصاً، فقد أظهرت نتائج برنامج الفحص والتقييم أن نظام المدفوعات “آفاق” متوافق مع المبادئ ذات الصلة وأن جميع محتويات وثائق خدمة “آفاق” تم صياغتها بمنهجية واضحة وشاملة وفقاً للوائح والتشريعات والحوكمة المنظمة للخدمة ، وتبقى بعض الملاحظات الثانوية والتي تعمل شركة المدفوعات الخليجية حاليًا على استكمالها.
