Mr. Masoud Saad Al Ajmi

Member of the Board of Directors

Executive Director of Treasury and International Operations Sector at the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Mr. Masoud Al Ajmi appointed as Executive Director of Treasury and Operations (TIOS) of the Central Bank of Kuwait in January 2023. Masoud Al Ajmi has over 30 years of experience. He joined the Central Bank of Kuwait in 1992 and has held several positions in TIOS at the Central Bank.  

In addition to his current position as Executive Director, he represents the Central Bank of Kuwait in several committees abroad and locally. He is a member of Board Executive Committee of the Governing Board of International Islamic Liquidity Management (IILM). Furthermore, he is an active member in several Government committees such as Developing local Secondary market and Asset and Liabilities committee.

Mr. Masoud Alajmi is holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from Southern Illinois University -USA.
