A webinar to introduce the Gulf payments system AFAQ – UAE

The Gulf Payments Company held a webinar in cooperation with the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates and the UAE Banks Federation (UBF), in the presence of representatives of commercial banks and financial institutions. The webinar commenced with an introduction about the Gulf Payments Company, and its content also touched on the Gulf Payments system AFAQ and its services.
The webinar introduced the AFAQ GCC cross currency service and included the following:
– AFAQ participants
– AFAQ business day timetable
– AFAQ cross currency payments process flow
The Gulf Payments Company held a workshop in the presence of a number of cybersecurity specialists in the Central Banks in GCC to review the security
